Turn potential leads into customers and provide training and support to customers.

Requirements
  • Preference for candidate to possess Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.
  • Alternative:
  • Must possess at least STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U/ SPM in Accounting/ LCCI Certificate or equivalent
  • Required skills: Knowledge of accounting data entry, accounting double entry, basic book keeping
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MSOffice, Google, CRM software)
  • A fast learner that can understand about products and services quickly
  • A person who is comfortable in carrying out product presentations both online and offline
  • Able to speak English (compulsory) and also other languages (Malay, Chinese) well
  • Presentable and has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Responsibilities
  • Product demo and presentations
  • Software setup, implementation and customer training
  • Customer support in daily activities. Provide system application support to customer, perform troubleshooting and escalate or resolve customer issues.
