Job Description: 

The Payroll Support Personnel will be responsible to :
  • Support the payroll software customers.
  • Provide relevant payroll consultation.
  • Involves responding to customer inquiries related to payroll and providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing tasks.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and laws.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and related tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies in payroll data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in handling customers' payroll preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress effectively.

 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication). Required 
Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication). Optional 
 
 
Knowledge in Software Required
