Job Description:
The Payroll Support Personnel will be responsible to :
- Support the payroll software customers.
- Provide relevant payroll consultation.
- Involves responding to customer inquiries related to payroll and providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and laws.
- Proficient in using payroll software and related tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies in payroll data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of benefits administration preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in handling customers' payroll preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress effectively.
