Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling post sales
related tasks includes the process of client implementation, training, on
site/off site support, replying emails and
calls of client’s inquiry.
- Collect client’s
feedback and communicate them with the Sales, Product and Developer Team
to improve user experience.
- Liaise and coordinate
with the Product and Developer Team to ensure client’s request are met
with the given timeline.
- Establish a good
relation with client to ensure sustainability of the business and
maintain/reduce churn rate to an acceptable level.
Requirements/Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
- At least 2‐3 years working experience in customer service/after sales service.
- Experience in supporting client’s inquiries and technical problem in SAAS industry is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal relationship, communication, presentation, and coordination skill.
- Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
- Accountable and responsible.
- Willing to work flexibly.
