Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling post sales related tasks includes the process of client implementation, training, on site/off site support, replying emails and calls of client’s inquiry.
  • Collect client’s feedback and communicate them with the Sales, Product and Developer Team to improve user experience.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Product and Developer Team to ensure client’s request are met with the given timeline.
  • Establish a good relation with client to ensure sustainability of the business and maintain/reduce churn rate to an acceptable level.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • At least 2‐3 years working experience in customer service/after sales service.
  • Experience in supporting client’s inquiries and technical problem in SAAS industry is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal relationship, communication, presentation, and coordination skill.
  • Good logical thinking, able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
  • Accountable and responsible.
  • Willing to work flexibly.

 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Education/Teaching/Training, Engineering (Others), Mass Communication or Marketing. Required
