Produce catchy, high quality copy in the form of articles, write-ups, email campaigns, etc. Proofread and edit any document that is about to be published by the Company. Work with the Brand Design department to produce and update manuals, quick start guides, and necessary materials for each product.
Requirements - Degree/ Diploma holder in English/ Social Science or any related field, with a strong passion in the English language and Marketing field.
- MUST be able to speak AND write in English fluently. Knowledge of a second language is an added advantage.
- Preferably uses English as the primary language of communication.
- Have a good eye for design e.g. marketing campaigns, advertisements, etc.
- High attention to detail.
- Possess information-seeking attitude, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Office software such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Responsibilities - Writes compelling copy across all marketing channels, including social media, website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, video scripts, digital and print ads, and products.
- Edits and proofreads all copy to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Accurately translate copies/articles from English to Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia of all marketing channels to ensure all works deliver the meaning of the original as clearly as possible.
- Manage and maintain the website content and social media site as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team for conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the website.
