We are looking for candidates with Engineering or IT backgrounds who
have good communication and troubleshooting skills. The candidate must be
comfortable in dealing with customers especially on their requirements and
problems.
Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in any
field of Engineering or Information Technologies.
• Candidate must be fluent in English & Bahasa
Malaysia, both written & spoken. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Have good knowledge on basic computer programs (e.g. MS
Office, MS Excel, Google Docs, etc).
• Have a good communication & interpersonal skills.
• A fast learner with proactive, team player personality.
• Preferably experienced in dealing with customers (any
field).
• Experienced in Software Support will be an extra
credit.
• Must possess own transport.
Responsibilities • To liaise with clients on their technical requirements
before initiating software implementation process.
• Conduct technical training session for both local and
overseas clients via online conference / on-site.
• To assist clients with level one technical support via
email, phone, livechat, Whatsapp group and remote access.
• Respond to all customer requests for assistance in a
professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot for technical issues.
• Conduct duties assigned by superior from time to time.
