Position Overview:

The Software Support Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for clients on the use of company software products. The role involves creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients are proficient and satisfied with the software. The Software Support Trainer will work closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure training content is accurate and aligns with client needs and product updates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various client needs and levels of expertise.
  • Create and maintain user manuals, training guides, video tutorials, and other instructional materials.
  • Conduct live training sessions, webinars, workshops, and on-site training for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-training to ensure they can effectively use the software.
  • Address client inquiries and issues related to software usage through various communication channels (email, phone, chat).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate training program details and updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technology tools to deliver and manage training programs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of software applications and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 
 
Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking. Required 
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level in Finance/Accountancy/Banking. Required 
 
 
Confident or good interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor Optional
