We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative technology company.

 

What you'll be doing :

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales leads, maintaining customer records, and generating sales reports
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across sales materials
  • Answering and directing incoming sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Performing data entry, analysis, and other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales function

 

What we're looking for :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales administrative role or a similar position
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues professionally
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
