Essential Job function : - Provide a prompt and professional response to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to respond and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide training and implementation of i-Neighbour Property Management System.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements : - Diploma
or Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Mass
Communication,etc.
- Experience in customer service management will
be added advantage.
- Customer orientation and ability to
adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage
time effectively.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
